Connect. Preserve. Honor. Serve.
Welcome to the
Naval Reactors
Historical Association
The Naval Reactors Historical Association is dedicated to connecting past and present Naval Reactors professionals, inspiring future generations and educating the public on Naval Reactors' accomplishments. Our mission is to preserve the history of Naval Reactors and to honor those who have contributed to its success and ensure those contributions are never forgotten.
NEW - Try our new ChatGPT NR-HA Analyst which has access to many of our documents and can be asked free form questions like - "What equations were used to model reactor physics?" or "What was special about SSN-586?" Until we can fund integrating it into our website, you will need a paid OpenAI-ChatGPT account to access.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership to the Naval Reactors Historical Association is free and open to individuals regardless of alumni status. In order to protect the privacy of our alumni, some resources are only made available to verified alumni, but we encourage non-alumni to join as General Members to access our great collection of historical documents.
